摘要
广东省21个地市均发现并捣毁制造毒品场点,已成为国内最大的毒品制造地、分销地、消费地和国际的毒品过境集散地。"12.29"对陆丰博社村涉毒"清剿"行动,是广东涉毒重点整治工作的分界点,对比前后阶段制造毒品犯罪的特征,掌握制造毒品犯罪发展趋势,更有利于制定务实有效的禁毒政策,发挥公安机关在打击制造毒品犯罪的前锋作用。
Drugs are found being made and being cracked down in the 21 prefecture - level cities and re- gions in Guangdong province, which makes Guangdong become the largest drug making, distributing and consu- ming place in China and the distributing center for international drugs crossing China. The ＂ 12. 29 crackdown campaign＂ against drugs in Lufeng Boshe village is the turning point of Guangdong＇s work against drug - related crimes. This paper compares the characteristics of drug - making crimes before and after the campaign and analy- zes the developing trend of drug - related crimes so as to offer effective measures against drugs and let public secur- ity organs become the pioneer
