摘要
高等院校始终是统战工作建设的重要阵地,而高等院校统战工作主要任务就是把党外知识分子汇聚在一起,形成具有同心、同向和同行的凝聚力。根据党外知识分子的政治诉求,组建高等院校党外知识分子联谊会具有重要意义。高等院校党外知识分子联谊会在建立与运行管理中要正确定位、规范名称、优化结构和适度规模;同时要正确处理主导和主动、智力与资本和纯与兼等关系,在实践中充分发挥无党派知识分子参政议政的积极性,为高等院校稳定、健康发展增添重要力量。
Colleges and universities are consistently the important position of the united front construction. The main task of the united front of colleges and universities is to converge non-Party intellectuals to form a cohesive force of having the same heart, direction and action. The political appeal of the non-Party intellectuals for their own development makes it of much significance to establish the friendship association for non-Party intellectuals in colleges and universities. In establishment and operation the friendship associations for non-Party intellectuals of colleges and universities should be positioned correctly, named in a standardized way, optimized in structure and moderate in scale. Meanwhile, relationships should be correctly handled, such as the relationship between dominance and initiative, intelligence and capital, and purity and compatibility. Also, the non-Party intellectuals＂ initiative in participating in and discussing politics should be brought to full play in practice to add more force to maintaining the stable, harmonious and sustainable development of colleges and universities.
