摘要
21世纪是知识经济的时代,也是创新创业的时代。国家大学科技园是国家创新体系的重要组成部分,是高等学校师生创业的实践基地,也是创新创业人才培养的重要平台。许多国内大学科技园出台扶持政策,鼓励大学生创新创业;开展创业培训,为大学生进行创业指导;建立实践基地,为创新创业提供场所;设立种子基金,为创新创业提供经费;举办创业大赛,为大学生创新创业提供机会,为建设创新型国家培养了众多的创新创业人才。但当前存在一些问题,应该借鉴国外大学科技园培养创新创业人才的成功经验,营造创新创业的良好氛围,制定创新创业的激励政策,构建创新创业教育体系,建立创业公共服务体系,服务区域经济发展,推动大学生创新创业人才培养。
21st century is the era of knowledge economy, and also the era of starting an innovative and pioneering undertaking. As an important part of the state innovation system the state university sci-tech park works as both a practice base where university teachers and students start an undertaking and an important platform with which innovative and pioneering talented personnel are cultivated. This paper analyses the general situation of the application of domestic collegiate sci-tech parks to the cultivation of creative and pioneering talented personnel,mentions the existing main problems, introduces certain successful experience of foreign university sci-tech parks and puts forward specific measures to promote the cultivation of college students as innovative and pioneering talented personnel based on the university sci-tech park.
