摘要
目的:探讨甲氨蝶呤(MTX)联合中药治疗未破裂输卵管妊娠的疗效。方法:96例未破裂输卵管妊娠患者随机分为对照组和观察组,分别采用MTX、MTX联合中药进行治疗。结果:观察组治愈率、第7d血β-绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)下降50%数明显高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组重复给药例数、血β-HCG降至正常时间、包块消失时间均高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:MTX联合中药治疗未破裂输卵管妊娠安全、疗效好,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objectives： To explore the effect of Methotrexate（ MTX） combined traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of unruptured tubal pregnancy. Methods： 96 cases of unruptured tubal pregnancy were randomly divided into control group and observation group. MTX and MTX combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment were used on control group and observation group respectively. Results： The cure rate and seventh days＇ blood β- human chorionic gonadotrophin（ β- HCG） decreased 50% in observation group,which was obviously higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）; the number of repeated administration cases,duration of bloodβ- HCG decreased to normal level and mass disappearance time of control group were higher than those in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： MTX combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of unruptured tubal pregnancy is safe with good curative effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
