新疆海岛棉种质资源表型性状遗传多样性分析 被引量:6

Genetic Diversity Analysis on Phenotypic Traits of Sea Island Cotton(G. barbadense) Germplasm Resources in Xinjiang

摘要 【目的】分析当前新疆海岛棉种质资源的遗传多样性,为新疆海岛棉种质资源的评价、保护及有效利用提供依据。【方法】选取新疆选育具有代表性的130份海岛棉品种/系,基于其24个主要表型性状进行变异度、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数及Q型聚类分析。【结果】24个表型性状平均变异系数为25.77%,叶片大小变异系数(53.32%)最大,整齐度指数变异系数(1.00%)最小;平均遗传多样性指数为1.439,单株结铃数多样性指数(2.237)最大,纤维颜色多样性指数(0.288)最小;数值型性状遗传多样性水平极显著高于描述型性状,但其变异度不如后者丰富。当欧氏距离为20 h,130份新疆海岛棉资源被聚为Ⅰ(60份材料)、Ⅱ(70份材料)2个大类群,当欧氏距离为15时,Ⅰ类群被划分为A(26份材料)和B(34份材料)2个亚群,Ⅱ类群被划分为C(10份材料)和D(60份材料)2个亚群,且各类群之间部分纤维品质指标差异显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)。【结论】新疆海岛棉种质资源表型性状的变异度丰富、遗传多样性较高,数值型性状有遗传改良和利用潜力,有明显的类群关系,且各聚类群之间表现出了明显区域性和显著品质差异性。 【Objective】The research aims to provide basic information for evaluation,conservation and efficient utilization of G. barbadense germplasm resources in Xinjiang through genetic diversity analysis.【Method】130 varieties( lines) of G. barbadense cultivated by scientific research units of Xinjiang were selected based on 24 major phenotypic traits in order to conduct analysis on variation,Shannon- Wiener diversity index and Q- type cluster.【Result】The average coefficient of variation( CV) for 24 phenotypic traits of G.barbadense was 25. 77%,leaf size( 53. 32%) was the maximum,while uniformity index( 1. 00%) was the minimum,the average genetic diversity index was 1. 439,bolls per plant( 2. 237) were maximum,while fiber color( 0. 288) was minimum. The CV of descriptive traits was significantly higher than numeric traits( P〈0.01),while the genetic diversity index of the numeric traits was significantly higher than descriptive traits( P〈0. 01). When the euclidean distance was 20,130 germplasm resources of G. barbadense were clustered into two groups,groupⅠ( 60 materials) and Ⅱ( 70 materials). When the euclidean distance was 15,groupⅠwas clustered into two subgroups,subgroup A( 26 materials) and B( 34 materials),group Ⅱwas clustered into two subgroups,subgroup C( 10materials) and D( 60 materials). Moreover,most fiber quality traits of the groups were significant( P〈0. 05) or extremely significant( P〈0. 01).【Conclusion】It can be concluded that phenotypic traits of G. barbadense germplasm resources in Xinjiang possess rich variability and high genetic diversity; the numeric traits have a greater potential for genetic improvement and utilization. The G. barbadense germplasm resources in Xinjiang have obvious group relationship,as well as present obvious regional effect and difference of fiber quality traits among the cluster groups.
