左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统联合GnRh-α口服避孕药对子宫腺肌症的影响 被引量：31

摘要 子宫腺肌症是指子宫肌层被内膜组织良性浸润,且在肌层内弥漫性生长。本病好发于40岁以上经产妇[1]。本病以月经过多、经期延长、痛经为主要表现,严重影响患者的身心健康。目前治疗本病主要有介入治疗、手术治疗、口服避孕药和左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统（LNG-IUS）宫内给药治疗,每一种治疗方案均有优缺点,综合治疗方案在治疗子宫腺肌症方面更显优势[2]。
