Treatment of High Mass Concentration Cyanide-Containing Electroplating Wastewater with a Combined Process of Complexation-Chemical Oxidation-Biological Aerated Filter

摘要 探讨了配位-化学氧化-曝气生物滤池组合工艺处理高质量浓度含氰电镀废水的可行性。用硫酸亚铁预处理的最佳条件为Fe2+与CN-的浓度比3.0∶1.0、反应时间30min及不调节原水pH值(约为9.40),可将CN-的质量浓度从488mg/L降至90mg/L左右。在O3投加量为250mg/L及曝气生物滤池闷曝6h的情况下,最终出水中CN-的质量浓度和COD分别达到0.23mg/L和74.90mg/L,均达到国家排放标准。 The feasibility of treatment of high mass concentration cyanide-containing electroplating wastewater with a combined process of complexation-chemical oxidation-biological aerated filter was explored. Results showed that the optimum conditions for pre-treatment using ferrous sulfate were determined as follows, the concentration ratio of Fe^2+ and CN was 3.0 : 1.0, reaction time was 30 min and the pH value of raw water (about 9.40) was unregulated. The mass concentration of CN^- reduced from 488 mg/L to about 90 mg/L under optimum conditions. When the dosing quantity of 03 was 250 mg/L and treated in biological aerobic filter for 6 h, the mass concentration of CN^- and COD reach to 0.23 mg/L and 74.90 mg/L respectively, which indicated that the final effluent can meet the discharge standard of China.
