摘要
系统采用PLC智能开关为控制器,风流中CH4浓度、风速为控制变量,变频器作为执行装置对局部风机进行闭环控制;采用振动监测技术,采集局部风机的振动信号,进行分析处理判断局部风机运行状态。智能控制自诊断局部风机实际应用效果良好,可以实现风电闭锁、瓦斯电闭锁、故障保护、主备电磁启动器断电切换、自动调节风速等智能控制及风机故障的诊断分析,且节能减耗效果明显,达到节能近40%。
The system adopts PLC intelligent switch as the controller, the methane concentrauon anu the wind speed in the inlet and return air flow are the controlling variables,the inverter is used as the actuator to control the local fan. According to the vibration monitoring technology,to collect the vibration signal of local fan, to analyze the operation state of local fan. The practical application of intelligent control and self diagnosis local fan is good, to realize the wind power interlocking, gas power interlocking, fault protection, standby power automatic switching electromagnetic starter, adjustable speed,and the fault diagnosis of local fan, and energy saving effect is obvious, energy saving nearly 40%.
