摘要
为进一步提高掘进机电控系统性能,提出一种以变频技术为基础,PLC控制器与变频器之间以CAN通讯方式,实现对截割电机的变频调速,分析了CAN控制原理,给出软件详细设计方案,并用C#语言实现HMI显示,为掘进机的安全、高效率运行提供保障。
In order to further improve the performance of roadheader electric control system,proposes a frequency conversion technology as the foundation,PLC controller and frequency converter with CAN bus communication between implementation of cutting motor frequency control of motor speed. Analyzes the CAN Bus control principle, gives the software design in detail, and with the language of C# realization of HMI display, for guarantees safe and efficient operation of roadheader.
