摘要
目的:探讨中西医治疗并综合护理霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:将87例霉菌性阴道炎患者以随机数字法分为治疗组与对照组,对照组44例,给予中西医结合治疗,治疗组43例,在中西医治疗的基础上并给予综合护理,观察每组治疗效果。结果:经统计学统计处理分析,P<0.05,有显著性差异,治疗组的临床疗效优于对照组。结论:对于霉菌性阴道炎患者,在中西医治疗霉菌性阴道炎的基础上联合综合护理,临床疗效佳,临床应用价值高。
Objective To explore clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine plus comprehensive nursing on colpomycosis. Methods： 87cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. 44 cases in the control group received the integrative medicine; 43 casesin the treatment group took comprehensive nursing more. Results： The total efficiency was better in the treatment group, P〈0.05. Conclusion：Treating colpomycosis in the integrative medicine plus comprehensive nursing could gain better efficacy, with a highly clinical value.
