摘要
目的:观察参橘止咳含片治疗咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:选取120例咳嗽患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例,治疗组采用参橘止咳含片方治疗14d,对照组用苏黄止咳胶囊治疗14d,观察临床疗效。结果:治疗7d时,治疗组治愈率为23.33%,总有效率为56.67%;对照组治愈率为20.00%,总有效率为41.67%,两组治愈率、总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗14d时,治疗组治愈率为45.00%,总有效率为96.67%,对照组治愈率为36.67%,总有效率为83.33%,两组治愈率、总有效率比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗前后血常规白细胞计数、红细胞计数、血红蛋白均无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:参橘止咳口含片治疗咳嗽的疗效肯定。
Objective To observe clinical efficacy of the Shenju Zhike tablets on cough. Methods： 120 cases were divided into thetreatment group （n=60） and control group （n=60）. The treatment group received the Shenju Zhike tablets, and the control group receivedthe Suhuang Zhike capsules. The treatment for both groups lasted for 14 days. After treatment,the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results： In 7 days, the curing efficiency was 23.33% and the total efficiency was 56.67% in the treatment group, and was 20.00%, 41.67%respectively in the control group （P〉0.05）. In 14 days, the curing efficiency was 45.00% and the total efficiency was 96.67% in thetreatment group, and was 36.67%, 83.33% respectively in the control group （P〈0.01）. The hemoglobin and leukocyte count and red bloodcell count were in the normal range before and after treatment （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The Shengju Zhike tablets are effective and safe forcough.
