摘要
目的:探讨中医疗法与中西医结合疗法对面瘫病临床症状的改善情况,观察针刺配合姜灸泻血法的治疗效果。方法:两组患者均采用毫针刺法作为基础治疗,治疗组配合姜灸泻血法,对照组配合西药进行治疗。结果:通过治疗组和对照组的临床疗效对比,发现差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明治疗组改善面瘫患者临床症状疗效优于对照组。结论:针刺配合姜灸泻血法治疗面瘫病有较好的临床疗效,能缩短病程,减轻患者的经济负担。
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus the Jiangjiu Xiexue therapy on 50 cases of facial paralysis.Methods： Two groups of patients were treated by acupuncture as a basic treatment; the treatment group took the Jiangjiu Xiexue therapymore. Results： Between groups, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. In the treatment group, the clinical efficacy wasimproved more than the control group. Conclusion： Acupuncture plus the Jiangjiu Xiexue therapy on facial paralysis disease shows betterclinical efficacy, and can shorten the course.
