摘要
目的:探讨中医护理在喘息性支气管炎发作期的护理效果。方法:选择我院2012年9月-2014年12月收治的77例喘息性支气管炎患者的临床资料,根据随机的原则,将患者分为观察组39例与对照组38例,全部患者均给予相同的用药及治疗方法。对照组患者给予常规护理,护理内容包括心理护理、健康知识讲解、用药护理等。观察组患者给予包括情志护理、饮食护理、呼吸道护理、用药护理、环境护理在内的中医护理干预。结果:观察组患者整体有效率明显高于对照组患者,两组比较,结果具有显著性差异(P<0.05),观察组患者满意度评分明显高于对照组患者,两组比较,结果具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理能更好地顺应患者的需求,在促进病情康复,提高护理质量方面具有积极的作用。
Objective： To investigate effects of TCM nursing on asthmatic bronchitis exacerbation. Methods： 77 cases of asthmatic bronchitis were divided into 39 cases of observation group and 38 cases of the control group; all patients were given the same medication and treatment. The observation group was given TCM nursing intervention. Results： The overall efficacy was significantly higher in the observation group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM care is more responsive to the needs of patients and can improve the quality of nursing.
