摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病并发糖尿病足病人的社区护理干预。方法:选取2012年9月-2013年11月我院收治的糖尿病并发糖尿病足患者60例,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组30例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用中药熏洗的社区护理干预,观察两组的护理满意度。结果:对患者进行护理之后,观察组的患者护理满意度明显高于对照组(96.7%VS80.0%),且观察组的踝/肱指数明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:对糖尿病足病人采用中药熏洗的社区护理干预能够有效缓解患者的疼痛,提高患者对护理的满意度,提升患者的踝/肱指数,效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective： To investigate community nursing intervention on DM patients with diabetic foot. Methods： 60 diabetic foot patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group; 30 patients in the control group took routine care; the observation group took herbal fumigation with community nursing intervention more. Results： Care satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher（96.7% VS 80.0%）, and ankle / brachial index was significantly higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Community nursing intervention can effectively relieve pain in patients, improve patient satisfaction with care, improve the patient＇s ankle / brachial index, and is worthy of promotion.
