CaCO_3粉体在不同湿度下荷电量随荷电电压变化规律研究

摘要 静电分散是一种新型的抗团聚方式,分散效果取决于粉体荷电量,本文采用实验的方式研究了Ca CO_3粉体在不同湿度下荷电量随荷电电压变化规律得到了空气湿度为12%和31%时Ca CO_3粉体的荷电规律,结果表明空气湿度为31%时,随荷电电压增加,粉体容易形成流注放电,影响荷电效率;空气湿度为12%时流注放电电压较高。 Electrostatic dispersion is a new resistance way, dispersion effect depends on the powder loading capacity. This article adopts the way of experiment to study the change rule of Ca CO3 powder with the charged voltage under different moisture load capacity. It is obtained the Ca CO3 powder charged rules when air humidity is 12% and 31%. The results show that when air humidity is 31%, with the charged voltage increases, the powder is easy to form lingers discharge so as to affect efficiency of charged, when air humidity is 12%,lingers discharge voltage is higher.
