摘要
文章论述了中国跨境电子商务发展现状,分析了其物流发展需求,通过对邮政快递模式、专线物流模式、集货仓模式、保税区与自贸区模式的分析,提出从政策与立法、第四方物流平台搭建、海外仓与边境仓建设、模式优化与创新四个方面促进中国跨境电子商务物流发展。
This paper discusses the development of cross-border e-commerce in China,and analyzes the demand for logistics development. Based on the analysis of the postal express mode, the special line transportation mode, the collecting goods warehouse model,the bonded area and free trade zone model, this paper puts forward four aspects to promote the development of China＇s cross-border e-commerce logistics：policy and legislation,the fourth party logistics platform construction,overseas warehouse and frontier warehouse construction,operation mode optimization and innovation.
