摘要
以安徽省中心小学教师远程培训为例,介绍了远程培训中生成性学习资源的内涵,从必要性、技术、策略三个方面阐述了采集与整合生成性学习资源的基本思路,指出了采集与整合生成性学习资源的意义。
The connotation of generative learning resources in distance training is introduced. The basic thoughts in generative learning resources acquisition and integration are explained from its necessity, tech- nique and strate^zv, the significance of the acauisition and integration is identified.
