芪苈强心胶囊对老年心力衰竭患者NT-proBNP及循环内皮微粒的影响 被引量:7

The effects of amino-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide precursor contents and circulating endothelial particles of Qiliqiangxin capsule on elderly patients with heart failure

摘要 目的探讨芪苈强心胶囊对老年心力衰竭(心衰)患者氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-Pro BNP)浓度及循环内皮微粒(EMP)的影响。方法入选2013年1月至2014年12月就诊于钦州市第二人民医院120例老年心衰患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组60例,对照组给予西医规范化抗心衰治疗,治疗组在此基础上另给予芪苈强心胶囊治疗,两组疗程均为一个月。观察比较两组患者心功能、NT-Pro BNP、C反应蛋白(CRP)与EMP的变化。结果与对照组相比,治疗后治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(96.7%vs.81.7%,P<0.05)。两组治疗后的左室射血分数(LVEF)与E/A比值与治疗前相比明显增加(P<0.05),同时治疗后治疗组的LVEF值与E/A比值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的血浆CRP与EMP值与治疗前相比明显降低(P<0.05),与对照组相比,治疗后治疗组的血浆CRP与循环循环内皮微粒降低更明显(P<0.05)。治疗后两组的血浆NT-pro BNP值明显降低(P<0.05),与对照组相比,治疗后治疗组的血浆NT-pro BNP降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊治疗老年心衰患者能有效改善心功能,提高疗效。 Objective To investigate the effects of amino-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-Pro BNP) contents and circulating endothelial particles(EMP) of Qiliqiangxin capsule on elderly patients with heart failure. Methods 120 elderly patients with heart failure from the Second People,s Hospital of Qinzhou City between 2013.01~2014.12, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group were received standard treatment, the treatment group were given standard treatment and Qiliqiangxin capsules. The duration of treatment was one month for both groups. The changes of NT-Pro BNP, C reactive protein(CRP) and EMP were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the response rates in treatment group was significantly higher than control group(96.7% vs. 81.7%,P〈0. 05). After treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and E/A ratio values were significantly increased(P〈0. 05), while the LVEF and E/A ratio values in the treatment group were significantly higher(P〈0. 05). After treatment, the plasma CRP and EMP levels were significantly lower(P〈0. 05), while the plasma CRP and EMP levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group(P〈0. 05). After treatment, the plasma NT-Pro BNP levels and circulating endothelial particles were decreased significantly in both groups(P〈0. 05), while the plasma NT-Pro BNP levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsule treatment of elderly patients with heart failure can improve heart function, improve the therapeutic efficacy.
