摘要
针对我国既有建筑暖通空调系统存在的问题,基于层次分析法建立暖通空调系统绿色改造评价指标体系,结合调查问卷结果,计算评价指标体系中各项指标的权重。既有建筑暖通空调系统绿色改造应从设备和系统的节能降耗、室内净化以及实现自然冷源、余热(余冷)、可再生能源的综合利用入手,能耗降低幅度、静态投资回收期、室内热湿环境改善是绿色改造效果的关键评价指标。
Aiming at the problems existing in the HVAC system at existing buildings in China, the evaluation index system of green retrofitting of HVAC system is established based on the analytic hierarchy process. The weight of each index in the evaluation system is calculated combined with the questionnaire survey results. The green retrofitting of HVAC system in existing buildings should be performed in terms of energy saving and consumption reduction of the equip- ment and the system, indoor purification and comprehensive utilization of natural cold source, waste heat (cold) and renewable energy. The reduction range of energy consumption, static payback period of investment and improvement of indoor thermal environment are the main evaluation indexes of the green retrofitting effect.
