摘要
目的探讨不同b值及动态增强在前列腺癌中的技术应用价值。方法对68例前列腺疾病患者进行前列腺平扫、弥散加权成像(DWI)及动态增强,其中弥散扩散加权成像的b值分别取800s/mm^2,1 000s/mm^2,2 000s/mm^2,2 500s/mm^2和3 000s/mm^2,观察不同b值的DWI表现,测量兴趣区的ADC值并结合动态增强后处理的曲线进行分析。结果采用b值为2 500s/mm^2和3 000s/mm^2时,前列腺癌弥散明显受限,ADC值显示为低信号,增强曲线图以流出型为主,与前列腺增生的表观弥散系数(ADC)值及增强曲线图有明显不同。结论选择高b值及分析动态增强曲线图对前列腺癌的诊断具有较高的技术应用价值。
Objective Purpose Explore different b value and the value of dynamic enhancement technology application in prostate cancer. Methods To prostate scan of 68 patients with prostate disease,diffuse diffusion weighted imaging(DWI) can and dynamic enhancement,the dispersion of diffusion weighted imaging respectively take 800s/b value was,s/was 1 000,2 000s/was 2500 3000 s/mm^2 was and was,observe different b values of DWI,can measure the interest area ADC values and combined with the curve of dynamic enhancement processing is analyzed.Results Using b value of s/s/was 2500 and 2500 was when the dispersion of prostate cancer significantly restricted,ADC values displayed as low signal,enhance graph is given priority to with flow type,with hyperplasia of prostate ADC values and enhance graph are obviously different. Conclusion Choose high b value and analysis of dynamic enhancement curve for the diagnosis of prostate cancer has higher technical application value.
