制作规范化内镜下黏膜剥离术标本病理切片要点 被引量：13

摘要 作为治疗消化道早癌的有效手段,以内镜下黏膜剥离术（endoscopic submucosal dissection,ESD）为代表的内镜下黏膜切除技术最近几年在我国得到快速发展,ESD标本能够比活检或外科手术标本更好地呈现早期消化道癌症的组织学改变,这也为全面观察消化道早期肿瘤性病变提供了难得的有利机会。对ESD标本进行全面的病理学检查是为了评估ESD的疗效,包括如下3个方面：
