不同营养水平日粮对天柱骡鸭生长及饲料转化效率的影响 被引量:5

Effects of different nutritional levels diets on growth performance and feed conversion in Tianzhu mule duck

摘要 为探索天柱县骡鸭的营养需要及优质高效养殖日粮组方,而进行本试验。试验选择1日龄天柱骡鸭240只,随机分为4组,每组60只,分别喂给日粮1、2、3、4,进行13周(90 d)饲养试验。结果表明:试验2组全期平均日增重最高,分别比试验1、3、4组高20.4%(P<0.01)、19.1%(P<0.01)和7.1%(P>0.05);试验2组的料重比最低,分别比试验1、3、4组少23.62%(P<0.01)、23.94%(P<0.01)和5.38%(P<0.01);试验2组的每克增重消耗代谢能最少,分别比试验1、3、4组少22.33%(P<0.01)、20.44%(P<0.01)和5.21%(P>0.05);试验2组摄入每克蛋白质的增重最高,分别比试验1、3、4组高4.05%(P>0.05)、0.32%(P>0.05)、2.33%(P>0.05)。从而认为,天柱骡鸭日粮以ME 13 MJ/kg、CP 20.9%(雏鸭)、19.1%(生长鸭)、18.2%(育肥鸭)、蛋白能量比14.9 g/MJ的饲养效果最优。 The aim of this experiment was to study the nutritional requirements and diet prescriptions of Tianzhu mule duck. 240 Tianzhu mule ducks at 1 day of age was randomly divided into four groups (Group 1, 2, 3, 4), each group consisted of 60 ducks which were fed with different nutritional levels of diets (1, 2, 3, 4, respectively). The experimental duration was 13 weeks (90 d). The results showed that the average daily gain (ADG) of Groups 2 was the highest among four groups. Compared to Group 1, 3 and 4, the ADG of Group 2 had increased by 20.4% (P〈0.01), 19.1% (P〈0.01) and 7.1% (P〉0.05), re- spectively. FCR of Group 2 had increased by 23.62%(P〈0.01), 23.94% (P〈0.01)and 5.38%(P〈0.01), respectively. The ME intake per gram body weight gain (ME conversion efficiency ) of Group 2 had reduced by 2.33%(P〈0.01), 20.44%(P〈0.01) and 5.21%(P〉0.05), respectively. The PER of Group 2 had increased by 4.05%(P〉0.05), 0.32%(P〉0.05), 2.33%(P〉0.05), respectively. It was concluded that the diet containing ME 13 MJ/kg, CP 20.9% (Ducklings), CP 19.1% (Growing duck), CP 18.2% (Fattening duck), protein and energy ratio 14.9 g/MJ was best effect for the Tianzhu mule duck.
