摘要
肝硬化是一种常见的慢性肝病,由于早期无特异性临床表现,容易失治误治,晚期又会发展成为鼓胀等难治之症,为临床难题。李德新教授在治疗肝硬化上独树一帜,从探讨李德新教授对肝硬化病因病机的认识入手,剖析李德新教授在治疗肝硬化上的辨证与治疗特色,从而总结出李德新教授在治疗肝硬化上注重培土开源,顾护后天,分期辨治,预防传变的学术经验与学术思想,希冀对目前肝硬化的临床治疗具有指导意义。
Liver cirrhosis is a common chronic liver disease. Due to the early nonspecific clinical manifestations,it would cause themissing of treatment and mistreatment. At the later state,it would become bloating and other refractory disease,becoming clinical problems. Professor LI Dexin has unique ideas in the treatment of liver cirrhosis. This paper starts from the discussion of Professor LI Dexin＇s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of liver cirrhosis. This article is an analysis of Professor LI Dexin in treatment of liver cirrhosis diagnosis and treatment characteristicsto summarize Professor LI Dexin in treatment of liver cirrhosis with focus on openning the source,nursing the acquired,differentiation at different stages,preventing the transmission of clinical experience and academic thought,hoping to guide the clinical treatment of liver cirrhosis.
