摘要
变电站施工是一项各专业交叉且综合性很强的工作,做好变电站施工管理既是后续"多供电、供好电"的保证,又是电建企业合理利润的依靠。文章从安全、质量、进度、费用等四个方面就如何做好变电站施工管理进行解析,重点运用了赢得值法、关键路线法、危险源辨识法等方法,并辅之以一定的实例进行说明。文章所构建的方法体系在许多电力建设工程中得到了应用且效果良好,因此可作进一步推广。
