摘要
结合工程实际,针对目前钢丝绳柔性拉结在悬挑模板支撑架应用中的缺点,设计计算了一种可调长度的刚性拉杆。这种刚性拉杆长度可调,可以有效控制悬挑支撑架悬挑梁的变形,并可以施加预应力的作用。拉结稳固,构造简便,适合于超长、高空悬挑模板支撑架的设计和施工。
Based on a practical engineering,this paper designed a adjustable length rigid rod for the cantilever scaffolding with the defect of the steel wire rope.The length of the rigid rod is adjustable,it can give effective deformation control of the cantilevered steel beam,and it can also exerts prestressing force.And this equipment has a simple structure and strong carrying capacity,it is suitable for the construction of long overhanging building.
