上段胸椎横向关节松动术治疗机械性颈椎疼痛疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨上胸段横向关节松动术治疗机械性颈椎疼痛的即时疗效。方法:将60例机械性颈椎疼痛患者随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。观察组针对上胸段(T1~T4)实施横向关节松动术,对照组则针对上胸段(T1~T4)棘突旁软组织施行横向推动,于治疗前后采用数字疼痛评分法(NPRS)评估患者的疼痛程度,并测定其颈椎关节活动度。结果:治疗后,观察组NPRS评分及屈伸、双侧旋转活动度改善程度均显著优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:上胸段横向关节松动术治疗机械性颈椎疼痛能即时减轻颈椎疼痛并增加关节活动范围,值得临床推广应用。
