摘要
15只犬施行食管胃吻合及迷走神经干切断术,其中7只附加胃幽门成形术。1～2月后肉眼及组织切片观察食管胃粘膜,结果显示食管粘膜的炎变均轻徽,附加与不附加幽门成形的两组胃粘膜炎变程度无显著差异。
Truncal vagotomy combined with esophagogastric anastomosis were performed in 15 mongrel dogs, and 7 of them had received adjundive pyloroplasty. The results of the exa- minations of the mucosal specimens taken from the esophagus and the stomach showed that all the esophageal specimens showed slight mueosal inflammation and the degree of infla- mmation of gastrie mucosa showed no significant difference when compared with the two groups. The authors considered that whether pyloroplasty should be carried out in adjunct to truncal vagotomy remained to be studied.
