摘要
通过对比分析安徽职业技术学院环艺专业和韩国东首尔大学室内设计专业的人才培养模式,得到以下启示:要建立和完善针对高职教育的法律法规,寻求国家政策支持引导;以工作岗位需求为导向,准确定位高职艺术设计专业人才培养目标和培养方向;突出专业特点,进一步优化课程体系,注重学生个人特长培养;拓宽实训渠道,强化、活化教育教学实践基地建设,丰富实训途径和方法;培养和建设高素质的艺术设计专业"双师型"教师队伍。
Through the comparative a nalysis of talent training mode for interior design major in Anhui Vocational and technical college Huanyi professional and South Korea Seoul National University, we get the following revelation: to establish and improve the laws and regulations for higher vocational education, seek support of the policy; to clearly define the training's aim and direction of art design major by employment-orientation; to stress the major characteristic and optimize course system, pay more attention to personal specialty training; to broad practical training channel, to strengthen the training base construction and find new ways of the training and to build dual-mode teaching staff of art design major.
