摘要
现阶段职业结构体系和职业教育专业结构体系匹配存在问题,企业在人才紧缺的情况下却不愿聘用职业教育培养的学生。文章从两个体系的结构入手,采用文献调研、实证调研和比较研究等方法,在抽象体系之间以显性主观化的方式呈现二者的映射关系,认为提升匹配度的途径是明确界定专业标准的原则以及构建职业教育自身标准。
Nowadays, due to the dis-match between occupational and vocational education system, enterprises, in the case of qualified personnel needed, it still hesitates to hire the students majoring in the vocational education. This paper starts with the structure of the two systems, which uses literature research, empirical research and comparative research methods to show the relationships between the two systems in an abstract way and improves the matching degree. The way is to clearly define the principles of professional standards and to build vocational education standards.
