摘要
系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是涉及多系统、多器官的自身免疫性疾病,狼疮性肾炎(LN)是SLE患者最常见的并发症,也是患者死亡的主要原因之一。随着各相关学科的发展,新型免疫抑制剂、生物制剂及干细胞移植等相继用于治疗LN,均取得显著疗效。本文综述他克莫司在LN中的治疗作用,旨在为临床应用提供理论指导。
Systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE） is a multi-system and multi-organ autoimmune disease. The most common complication of SLE patients is lupus nephritis（LN）, which is also one of the main causes of death. With the development of relevant disciplines, new immunosuppressive agents, biological agents and stem cell transplantation have been used for LN treatment successfully. This review describes the application progress of tacrolimus in the treatment of LN to provide a guideline for clinical application.
