摘要
目的分析肺结核合并糖尿病临床特点及治疗方法。方法研究对象选取2014年9月—2015年9月该院收治的肺结核合并糖尿病78例,分析临床特点,并根据不同治疗方法分组。39例接受抗痨治疗,入组对照组;在该基础上,给予实验组降糖治疗,共有39例。观察评定效果,组间比较。结果对照组39例患者中,6例患者治疗无效,15例患者有效,18例患者显效,治疗总有效率为84.62%。31例患者转阴,转阴率为79.49%。病灶吸收率为71.79%,其中11例恶化,13例吸收,15例显著吸收;实验组39例患者中,2例患者治疗无效,17例患者有效,20例患者显效,治疗总有效率为94.87%,37例患者转阴,转阴率为94.87%。病灶吸收率为92.31%,其中3例恶化,17例吸收,19例显著吸收;组间比较,实验组糖尿病治疗有效率高,痰菌转阴率高,病灶吸收率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺结核合并糖尿病有一定特点,除常规抗痨治疗外,还应给予患者降糖治疗,促进疗效。
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and treatment of tuberculosis and diabetes. Methods The study take September 2014 to September 2015 78 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis hospital, clinical characteristics, and grouped according to different treatments.39 cases receiving anti-tuberculosis treatment,were enrolled in the control group;on that basis,given the experimental group hypoglycemic therapy,there were 39 cases.Evaluation of the effect was observed between the two groups. Results 39 patients in the control group,6 patients therapy,15 patients effective,18 cases markedly,total effective rate was 84.62%.31 patients negative,negative rate of 79.49%.Focus absorption rate was 71.79%,of which 11 cases of deterioration,13 cases of absorption,15 cases of significant absorption;39 patients in the experimental group,2 patients therapy,17 patients effective,20 patients were cured,total effective rate was94.87 %,37 patients were negative,negative rate was94.87%.Focus absorption rate was 92.31%,of which 3 cases of deterioration,17 cases of absorption,19 cases of significant absorption;between the two groups, the experimental group,the effective rate of diabetes treatment, sputum negative rate,focus absorption rate,a significant difference（P〈0.05）,with statistical significance. Conclusion There are certain characteristics of tuberculosis and diabetes,in addition to conventional anti-tuberculosis treatment, patients should also be given hypoglycemic therapy,promote efficacy.
