摘要
目的观察阿托伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病合并冠心病的临床效果。方法选取该院2014年3月—2015年3月收治的48例2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者作为研究对象,对患者实施随机分组和平均分组,对照组患者24例,观察组患者24例,对对照组实施常规治疗,对观察组实施常规治疗基础之上运用阿托伐他汀开展治疗,疗程为1年,观察两组患者治疗前和治疗后心电图效果及患者临床症状。结果通过1年时间治疗后,观察组17例显效,显效率为70.83%,6例有效,有效率为25.00%,1例无效,无效率为4.16%,观察组总有效率为95.83%;对照组显效11例,显效率为45.83%,有效8例,有效率为33.33%,无效5例,无效率为20.83%,对照组总有效率为79.17%。观察组总有效率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者进行HbA1c、FBG、HDL-C、TC、TG、LDL-C检测,观察组患者的HbA1c、FBG、TC、TG、LDL-C均比对照组患者低,HDL-C比对照组患者显著增高。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用阿托伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病合并冠心病,具有显著的临床效果,并且没有不良反应,能够从本质上减轻患者病痛,提升患者生存质量。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Atorvastatin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with coronary heart disease. Methods 48 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the subjects and randomly and equally divided into the control group and the observation group with 24 cases in each. Both groups were treated by the conventional treatment, in addition, the observation group were treated by Atorvastatin, for a year. And the electrocardiogram and clinical symptoms of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results After a year of treatment, in the observation group, the treatment effect was markedly effective in 17 cases（70.83%）, effective in 6 cases（25.00%）, ineffective in 1 case（4.16%）, in the control group,the treatment effect was markedly effective in 11 cases（45.83%）, effective in 8 cases（33.33%）, ineffective in 5 cases（20.83%）, which showed that the overall response rate was much higher in the observation group than that in the control group（95.83% vs 79.17%） with statistically significant difference, P〈0.05. The testing of HbA1c, FBG, HDL-C, TC, TG and LDL-C levels was performed in both groups. The results showed that the levels of HbA1c, FBG, TC, TG and LDL-C were much lower while the level of HDL-C was much higher in the observation group than that in the control group with statistically significant difference, P〈0.05. Conclusion For type 2 diabetes with coronary heart disease, Atorvastatin has significant clinical effect without adverse reactions, which can substantially reduce the pain and improve the quality of life of the patients.
