摘要
目的探讨滋阴补肾中药治疗糖尿病肾阴虚证的临床疗效。方法在医院2014年12月—2015年10月期间诊治的糖尿病肾阴虚证患者中抽取111例作研究对象,将其采取随机数字法分为观察组(n=56)和对照组(n=55),观察组以糖尿病常规治疗为基础,同时采取滋阴补肾中药治疗,对照组单纯采取糖尿病常规治疗方法,对比两组患者肾阴虚的临床治疗效果以及血糖水平。结果观察组肾阴虚治疗总有效率为96.43%,远高于对照组的83.64%;同时,观察组FPG、2h PG和Hb Alc也明显低于对照组,两组患者肾阴虚治疗效果和血糖水平的组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论滋阴补肾中药治疗糖尿病肾阴虚证的临床疗效显著,其有助于改善患者肾阴虚状况,降低血糖水平,值得推广应用于临床。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine to treat diabetes and kidney yin and kidney syndrome. Methods 111 cases of extraction for the study in the diagnosis and treatment of December 2014 to October 2015 with diabetes and kidney syndrome patients during the hospital, which was taken randomly divided into observation group（n = 56） and control group（n = 55）, the observation group with diabetes based on conventional treatment, while taking yin and kidney Chinese medicine treatment, the control group were taken by conventional treatment of diabetes, clinical treatment and blood sugar levels compared two groups of kidney patients. Results The total effective rate of kidney96.43%, far higher than the 83.64 percent; at the same time, the observation group FPG, 2h PG and Hb Alc was significantly lower than the control group, two groups of patients and blood sugar and kidney treatment differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05） between the level of the group. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine to treat diabetes and kidney yin and kidney syndrome significantly, which helps to improve the condition of the patient and kidney,lower blood sugar levels, is worth promoting clinical application.
