摘要
目的初步了解攀枝花市白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平,为科学合理用药提供依据。方法从攀枝花市5县(区)(分别位于东、南、西、北、中位置)采集白纹伊蚊幼虫,在实验室繁殖1-2代后,采用浸渍法进行测定。结果攀枝花市白纹伊蚊对溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯的抗性倍数分别为2.83、2.04,已产生低抗性;高效氯氰菊酯、敌敌畏、双硫磷的抗性倍数分别为1.14、0.50、0.63,属敏感。结论应加强对白纹伊蚊抗药性监测,科学合理使用杀虫剂,预防或延缓抗药性产生。
Objective To understand the resistance level of Aedes albopictus to commonly used insecticides in Panzhihua City. Methods Aedes albopictus were collected from 5 counties( district) of Panzhihua City,and raised in laboratory for 1- 2 generation. Larvae dipping method was employed in the bioassay. Results In Panzhihua City,Aedes albopictus developed low level resistance,2. 83 and 2. 04 folds to deltamethrin and permethrin,1. 14,0. 50,0. 63 folds respectively to beta-cypermethrin,dichlorvos and parathion. Conclusion Scientific and rational insecticides application should be strengthened to prevent or delay the resistance.
