骨髓增生异常疑难病一例

摘要 目前白血病诊断主要依据外周血象、骨髓检查、染色体、融合基因、基因突变位点、流式细胞检查。本研究患者中病例血象、骨髓增生异常支持白血病诊断,然而与流式细胞、基因检查、染色体分型结果不符合,最终仍未能明确诊断,考虑诊断为骨髓增殖性肿瘤。
