摘要
篇目制订在年鉴中起着先导性作用,对年鉴编纂工作的开展和质量的提高都具有重要意义。在制订篇目时要辩证看待和处理好"快"与"慢"、"粗"与"细"、分类与分工、全面与重点、"变"与"不变"的关系。
Chapters and sections layout plays a leading role in a yearbook,and has great significance in carrying out yearbook compilation work and improving the quality. When formulating chapters and sections layout,we must dialectically treat and well deal with the relations between 'fast'and 'slow','thick'and 'thin',categorization and division of labor,overall and emphasis,and 'change'and 'steadiness'.
