摘要
为探讨先天性巨结肠的手术方式，对86例先天性巨结肠患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果显示，86例患者中，2例死亡，4例转院治疗，1例放弃治疗。结果表明，对先天性巨结肠患者应及时诊治，选择合适的手术方式，可减少并发症发生，提高治愈率，对提高患者的远期生活质量至关重要。
In order to explore the procedures for congenital megaeolon,author retrospectively analysed the data of 86 cases.As results,among the 86 cases 2 died,4 turned to another hospital for treatment,1 gave up treatment.Results show that for congenital megacolon timely diagnosing ＆ treating,choosing rational procedure could reduce complication and enhance curative rate, and are very important to lift the long-term life quality of patients.
