摘要
逻辑连贯性、解释“合法性”、对象整合性和意义关切性分别关联着部门法哲学的“认识论”、“方法论”、“本体论”和“价值论”。部门法法哲学的长成以对部门法合法性问题的反思为起点，以对这种反思结果的系统化的思维加工为结局。
In this article,my opinion is that logical continuity,legality of hermeneutics,conformity of objects and sense concern are separately associated with epistemology,methodology,ontology and the principle of values.Then I analyzed the development logic of philosophy of law department,which was based on consideration of legality of law department and ended in systematically thoughtful polishment on the achievements of consideration.In the last part,I sized up the defects of our law department,after which I provided three standards to estimate the theorilization of law department and its development to philosophy of law.
