摘要 近年来,抗病毒治疗(ART)作为预防艾滋病传播的有效手段已经得到认可,相关的研究工作已经广泛开展。文章对于ART用于预防艾滋病病毒(HIV)传播的几个方面进行综述:1)ART作为预防的基本原理;2)ART对阻断HIV在高危人群中传播的效果;3)ART作为HIV暴露后的预防;4)ART作为HIV暴露前的预防;5)ART的广泛应用对预防HIV在普通人群中流行的作用。 AIDS antiretroviral treatment has been widely recognized as an effective way to prevent HIV spreading and the relevant researches have been launched to evaluate its effects.This article reviews five aspects of ART as prevention of HIV spreading：1） The basic principle of ART as prevention;2） The effect of ART being used to block the spread of HIV among high risk populations;3） ART being used as the post-exposure prophylaxis for HIV;4） ART being used as HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis;5） The effect of ART being widely used to prevent the spread of HIV among the general populations.
