鼻腔填塞后吞咽功能训练的效果

摘要 目的:探讨龇牙式吞咽法对于改善鼻腔填塞患者吞咽困难的价值。方法:按照纳入标准和排除标准,对100例患者进行龇牙式吞咽法训练,采用自描式评分对吞咽情况在0~10打分进行分级。结果:训练前后吞咽困难的评分比较组间差异有统计学意义(t=12.43,P〈0.05);训练前后吞咽困难程度比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:龇牙式吞咽功能训练对鼻腔填塞后改善患者吞咽困难具有较为显著的作用,有推广意义。 Objective:to explore value of the swallowing in patients with nasal packing.Methods:100 patients were trained and their swallow condition were recorded by self scanning scores in accordance with the normal swallowing.Results:The scores of dysphagia after training was significant difference compared before training(t= 12.43,P〈0.05).difficulty level after training were significantly decreased(P〈 0.05).Conclusion:Training siginficantly improved swallowing in patients with nasal packing and thus make it worth for popularization.
