摘要
基于光敏电阻特性的光控灯实验平台,通过实验仪对光敏电阻的光电流、暗电流、光照特性、光谱特性、伏安特性等基本特性进行测试分析,获得的实验结果与理论分析相符。以此利用光敏电阻电路实现光调控灯的设计与应用。
With photo resistor experimental apparatus,the characteristics of photo resistor have been measured,experimental results agree well with the theory and an optical control switch using photo resistor is designed.
