摘要
目的探讨精细化管理在减少手术患者风险事件,提高护理满意度中的应用。方法选取我院手术室2015年1月至3月收治的200例患者作为观察组,实施精细化手术室管理模式,另选取我院手术室2014年1月至3月收治的200例患者作为对照组,实施常规手术室管理模式,比较两组的风险事件、满意度。结果观察组术前准备失误、护理记录错误、无菌操作不当等风险事件的发生率低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的围术期规范使用抗生素、护理质量管理、医院感染管理等护理质量评分高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在护理操作、护理安全、服务态度等方面的满意度高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理能够提高手术室的护理质量,规避护理风险事件,提高手术患者的护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application of fine management in reducing risk events and improving satisfaction degree of patients who received surgery. Methods 200 patients that were admitted into the operating rooms of our hospital from January to March 2015 were included in observation group to receive fine management of operating room. Another 200 patients that were admitted into the operating rooms of our hospital from January to March 2014 were include in control group to receive routine management of operating room. Risk events and patients' satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared. Results The occurrence rates of risk events, including errors in preoperative preparation, error in nursing record and improper aseptic operation, in the observation group were all statistically lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05). The quality of nursing care, including the proper use of antibiotics in perioperative period, nursing quality management and hospital infection management, in the observation group was statistically higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05). The satisfaction degrees on nursing operation, nursing safety and service attitude in the observation group were statistically higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusions Fine management can improve the nursing quality in the operating room, avoid nursing risk events, and improve degrees of nursing satisfaction in surgical patients.
