摘要
从技术层面和非技术层面入手,探索了提升现代图书馆服务水平和服务能力的途径,并指出,网络环境下,创新图书馆服务,提升图书馆服务质量,应该从实际情况出发,加大传统服务项目与现代科技的融合,一切以读者为中心,因地制宜,大胆创新,做好图书馆服务工作。
This paper discusses the ways for improving modern library's service level and service ability from both technological and non-technological aspects, and points out that innovating library's service and improving library's service quality in network environment should set out from the actual situation, enhance the integration between traditional services and modern technologies,regard all readers as the center, adjust measures to local conditions, innovate boldly, and do a good job of library service.
