摘要
调查分析了民办高校图书馆参考咨询服务现状,分析了民办高校图书馆参考咨询服务存在的问题,并从参考信息源、馆员素质、服务意识、用户培训和联合咨询5个方面提出了面向教学科研的参考咨询服务的改进措施。
This paper investigates and analyzes the current status of the reference service of private college libraries,analyzes some problems existing in the reference service of private college libraries, and puts forward some measures for improving the teaching and scientific research-oriented reference service of private college libraries from five aspects of reference information resource, librarian quality, service consciousness, user training and cooperative reference.
