Comparative study on the method of earthwork calculation in the transformer substation

摘要 在变电站前期土建设计过程中,土方量是影响项目成本的重要因素,准确土方量计算是一项极其重要的工作。基于方格网、断面法和DEM法,利用土方计算软件HTCAD分别对延川110k V文安驿变电站场地进行了土方计算。结果表明,在地形复杂和呈矩形分布变电站场区,相比方格网而言,DEM法和断面法计算得到土方量的结果更理想;利用HTCAD软件计算土方量,操作方便快捷,大幅度降低了设计人员的劳动强度,提高了工作效率。 In preliminary civil design of transformer substation,earthwork is an important factor affecting cost of the project,so it is very important to calculate the amount of earthwork accurately. This paper researches the earthwork calculation in transformer substation using HTCAD software. Based on the method of grid,transect and DEM,earthwork of the110 k V transformer substation of Wen 'anyi in Yanchuan is calculated respectively in this study. The results show that: compared to the grid method,transect and DEM are more feasible for the simulation of elevation distribution in difficult terrain and rectangular area.The use of HTCAD software can improve the speed and efficiency of the design work. Moreover,the software is easy to operate and can reduce the labor intensity.
