摘要
社会保障作为一种准公共产品,其发展需要政府的支持,而残疾人的社会保障更加依赖政府的大力推进。在抽样问卷与实地调研的基础上,试从生活、康复、就业、教育等方面分析福建省残疾人社会保障财政支持状况和存在问题,并提出构建残疾人社会保障财政支持机制的政策建议。
As a quasi public product,social security needs government support,and the social security of the disabled depends on the government,s vigorous promotion. On the basis of questionnaire investigation and on-the-spot investigation,this paper analyses the disabled social security status and existing problems of Fujian Province from living,rehabilitation,employment,education and other aspects,and puts forward the policy recommendations for establishing financial support system for the social security of the disabled.
