摘要 在激烈的市场竞争中,Lao Ding Feng(LDF)食品加工企业面临科学制定生产计划的问题,这就需要从原有的大规模生产、高库存量的刚性思维向多因素、多约束条件的柔性思维转变.本文在深入分析LDF食品加工企业的实际情况后,提炼出影响其生产计划制定的13个影响因素,并以减小库存积压、降低生产成本、确保月度工期的综合目标构建了基于线性规划的生产计划决策模型.实际的分析结果显示,线性规划模型确保了各类产品的合理库存量、保证了X加工点和Y加工点的月度工期可以完成预定的生产任务,提升了LDF食品企业生产计划定制的科学性. In the fierce market competition,LDF food processing enterprises are facing the problem of scientific production planning.We have to turn the thinking from the original large-scale production,high inventories to the multi factors and multi constraint conditions.Based on depth analysis,the actual situation of LDF food processing enterprises,13 factors affecting have been extracted,which can affect production planning,and linear programming of production planning decision-making model has been constructed based on reducing the backlog of inventory,reducing the production cost,ensuring the monthly period.The actual analysis results show that the linear programming model can ensure that the various types of products a reasonable amount of inventory,ensure the monthly period for processing X and Y processing can finish the production task of predetermined,and enhance the science of LDF food enterprise production plan customized.
