摘要
本课题针对黄牛全粒面打光苯胺鞋面革在国内外市场上愈来愈受青睐这一发展趋势,旨在利用国产黄牛皮原料,研制高档鞋用面料,以适应产品结构调整,升级升档,满足国内外市场要求,扩大出口创汇。重点围绕工艺路线,技术措施,化工材料的筛选应用,机械设备的相应配套,生产过程的技术控制,工艺平衡的系统试验研究,力求赋予成革粒面平滑,天然粒纹清晰,涂层薄,光泽自然柔和,颜色鲜明饱满,身骨紧实丰满富有弹性,具有苯胺效应和真皮感。本文报告该课题的主要研究内容及其结果和讨论,阐明结论。
The paper reported the result of the study on processing technique for full grain glazing aniline upper leather from cattle hides in China, which have fine grain, full fell, good elasticity, soft brilliance and aniline-effect, The technology line, the hinge of the processing technique, the selection and application of chemistry materials, the selection and allocation of the equipment are minutely discussed.
