摘要
针对株冶集团直铅熔炼工段基夫赛特炉生产厂房设备表面、操作平台、皮带走廊、墙面等处积尘难以有效清扫的技术难题,采用了先进的集中式真空清扫技术及装置清扫吸尘,为有色金属行业生产场所散落有价物料的高效收集提供技术参考。
There is a big technical problem existing in the KIVCET boiler workshop of Zhuzhou Smelter Group used for direct lead smelting that it is hard to effectively clean the dust on the surface of equipment, operation platform, belt corridor and wall. In this paper, we employ the advanced centralized vacuum cleaning technology and devices to deal with this problem and get a ideal effect, which can be a technical reference for the nonferrous metal industry to effectively recycle the valuable dust.
