摘要
常规的电缆式地层测试器在低孔低渗等复杂地层使用时出现取样纯度低,甚至取不到地层流体、泵抽时间长,导致仪器遇卡等问题。为此,基于现有仪器研制了适用于低孔低渗地层测压取样的极板式大探针短节,同时应用有限元软件分析了探针的坐封能力,并通过室内及现场试验验证了探针短节的坐封性能。分析结果表明,极板式探针通过大幅度增大过流面积,解决了因渗透性低和压差大导致取样困难的难题,为低孔低渗地层的测压取样提供了有效途径;探针短节具有良好的坐封能力和较高的使用可靠性,具备现场作业测试能力。
The conventional EFDT often encounters issues in low-porosity and low-permeability formation like low sampling purity,even failed formation fluid extraction,long pumping time and tool stuck. Therefore,a platetype sub with large probe for formation pressure test and fluid sampling in low-porosity and low-permeability formation was developed based on the existing instrument. The probe setting performance was verified by FEM software and laboratory and field tests. The results show that the plate-type probe,by significantly increasing the flow area,could eliminate the issue of difficult sampling due to low permeability and large differential pressure,providing an effective way for low-porosity and low-permeability formation pressure testing and sampling. The probe sub has a good setting capacity and high reliability,enabling field operation and testing capability.
